International Energy Group (IEG) is a leading natural gas and LPG distribution
and supply business located in the Channel Islands *, the Isle of Man and
the U.K where
it owns and operates gas and electricty networks and provides a full range
of new connection services for gas, electricty and water for new developments.
IEG has more than 400,000 customers connected to its networks and has been supplying gas in the Channel Islands * and the Isle of Man for over 170 years.
In 2007 IEG entered the electricity distribution business in the UK through
a subsidiary of GTC which has provided utility connection services and operated
gas networks
and meters in the UK since 1996.
IEG was delisted in May 2005 from the London Stock Exchange and the Channel
Islands Stock Exchange as a result of a successful take-over bid by Prime
Infrastructure
