Neil was appointed CEO in October 2006 having been MD of IEG's UK business since 2003. Prior to joining IEG he worked in various senior management and engineering roles within British Gas and its successors.

Dawn joined IEG in December 1992 as Financial Accountant. She became Company Secretary in January 2000 and was appointed to the main board as Finance Director in July 2004.
Stuart Crossman BSc(Hons), CEng, M.I.G.E.M, MIMgt
A Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience within the Gas Industry. This experience includes operational formal apprenticeship training through to managerial responsibility for larger Distribution networks in both Natural Gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas. Further responsibilities included the management of LPG storage facilities (over 1400 tonnes)
Post Graduate management qualifications and Health and Safety qualifications extend beyond the Engineering discipline to this role, which includes the Management of Health and Safety throughout the IEG and compliance to risk management requirements.Paul Garlick BEng, CEng, MIChemE, MIGasE
Paul joined Guernsey Gas in August 1994.
Paul was appointed Managing Director of Guernsey Gas and Kosangas (Guernsey) in April 1998.
In July 2007 Paul was appointed Managing Director Channel Islands a role that encompasses the gas businesses in Jersey and Guernsey.
Prior to joining IEG Paul held various positions with Esso Petroleum and British Gas.
Alan BatesB Eng, C Eng, MIET, MI MechE, MIIRSM
Alan joined IEG in 1998 as Engineering Manager for Guernsey Gas followed by IEG Group Health & Safety Manager from 2003 to 2005 and now holds the position of Managing Director of Manx Gas in the Isle of Man.
Alan Bates is a Chartered Electrical Engineer (Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology), a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers) and has qualifications in accountancy and health and safety (Member of the International Institute of Risk Managers).
Prior to joining IEG he worked for P&O Cruises and Mobil Oil.
José Mégre Pires
José started Gascan in 1993 and developed the business in Portugal since. He previously worked in management and engineering in various energy companies.
Clive Linsdell FCCA, MBA
Clive joined GTC in April 2006. Prior to this Clive was Business Development and Regulatory Director for new entrant water supplier Aquavitae. Previously Clive worked for 6 years as Operations Director and as General Manager for Cambridge Gas & Electricity, the UK supply business of Spanish multi utility Union Fenosa.
Clive began his career with Cambridge Water PLC where he qualified as an Accountant and held a variety of posts over 19 years culminating with Finance Manager.
