Neil Shaw

Neil was appointed Executive Chairman in January 2012 having been CEO since 2006. Prior to joining IEG he worked in various senior management and engineering roles within British Gas and its successors.

Group Managing Director

Tony Nicholls BSc(Hons) IEng, M.I.G.E.M, FIOD, MIAM

Tony Nicholls

Tony has 32 years experience in the Gas and Oil Industry with 16 years experience at the Managing Director/Chief Executive level. Prior to his IEG role, Tony was MD of Manx Gas, CEO of The Oil & Pipelines Agency, which supplied 40% of the UK's civil aviation fuel, European MD of Furmanite International, the NYSE quoted Specialist Services Company, MD of IPSCO (UK) a Specialist Under-pressure services company and 16 years experience as engineer/manager with BG Transco.

Tony has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Integrated Engineering and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Dawn Morgan

Dawn joined IEG in December 1992 as Financial Accountant. She became Company Secretary in January 2000 and was appointed to the main board as Finance Director in July 2004.

Stuart Crossman

A Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience within the Gas Industry.  This experience includes operational formal apprenticeship training through to managerial responsibility for larger Distribution networks in both Natural Gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas.  Further responsibilities included the management of LPG storage facilities (over 1400 tonnes)

Post Graduate management qualifications and Health and Safety qualifications extend beyond the Engineering discipline to this role, which includes the Management of Health and Safety throughout the IEG and compliance to risk management requirements.

Channel Islands Managing Director

Paul Garlick BEng, CEng, MIChemE, MIGasE

Paul Garlick

Paul joined Guernsey Gas in August 1994.

Paul was appointed Managing Director of Guernsey Gas and Kosangas (Guernsey) in April 1998.

In July 2007 Paul was appointed Managing Director Channel Islands a role that encompasses the gas businesses in Jersey and Guernsey.

Prior to joining IEG Paul held various positions with Esso Petroleum and British Gas.
